Detailed Signing Closing Procedures

1. When you are ready to have your borrower's docs signed, just fax/e-mail the information to Loan-Closers.com, Inc.! Complete an order form with detailed information on where you would like the signing to take place as well as all phone numbers necessary to get a hold of your borrower. Please note any special instructions at the end of the order sheet so your coordinator and notary representative can accommodate you accordingly. In addition, it is imperative that you include the appropriate contact for all communication on that particular order.
2. Upon receipt of order, our Signing Department will input and assign the appropriate notary/attorney representative to sign your borrower's loan docs. We can fax/e-mail back to you immediately a confirmation on where to send docs within the hour or wait until we have a confirmed appointment with your borrower.
* Please include a return envelope and completed air bill form for the return of documents.
3. Our signer will send the documents back to the lender when they have completed the closing. The documents are to be placed in the drop box the same day of the signing for quick turnaround.
* If there were any issues during the signing, our signer will attempt to call the appropriate contact immediately to answer or resolve any questions that may have arisen. They will also call our 24-hour emergency cell phone at 949-279-9227. Their main goal is to get the loan docs signed the first time.
4. The notary/attorney representative will then call corporate headquarters daily to notify their coordinator of all their completed files for that day. Your designated Loan-Closers.com contact will then fax/e-mail to you an invoice for your closing.

5. For further detail of all orders we will fax/e-mail a tracking report describing the status of each signing. Included, are the appointment date and time, the completion date and time, and any communication between Loan-Closers.com and your borrower.
